Weston Rowland Law wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, or a phone. The site is built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What has been done
- Text and background colors meet the contrast levels the guidelines require.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a "skip to content" link.
- Form fields have labels, the photograph has a text description, and decorative icons are hidden from screen readers.
- The menu works on phones and small screens.
- Animation is turned off for visitors whose device asks for reduced motion.
- Pages use headings and landmarks so assistive technology can move through them.
